Day 1-May 1, 2011


Today I have decided to once again embark on a journey to improve my health, weight and well being.   This journey is not new to me.   I have lost and gained many times.   I am currently needing to lose at LEAST 50 pounds.   In this journey, I hope to also improve my mental health as well as my physical health and fitness.   Not only do I want to improve the way I look but the way I feel.

I say I am not new to this.  Many can relate.   It is hard to explain unless you have ever been "overweight".   How about the words that describe this..."heavy"   "big"  "large"  "obese", and so many, many more.  None of those have a good feeling about them, do they?

Well, today, I set my mind to it, starting with portion control  and exercise.  So, week one, here I come.   I will share this at a later time, adding a few readers at a time who can relate and encourage.

I can do it!
