Met with Tawny today instead of tomorrow due to travel plans, and had a great workout. My legs and shoulders are a bit tender, but not bad...must be the new squats with the barbell...but I am excited to see how that comes along.
I can do a plank better now....which was hard for me (still difficult, but not like it was!).
I told Tawny today---amazing how fast our bodies can adjust and start doing things that were once impossible! :-)
