Update November 17


I think I had a pretty good week. I kept my calories within the limits all week.  I didn't always get in the right foods, but I did track and stay under 1550~!

Differentials for this week:

I had a good week for fitness.   I feel like I am getting that "I don't want to miss my session or workout" feeling now.   That is a big turnaround....yay!
Fitness this week:
Monday:  20 minutes cardio dancing; 25 minutes strength/toning
Tuesday:  ----   :-(
Wednesday: 2 sets squats @ work; 32 minutes walking
Thursday:  2 sets squats @ work; 20 minutes cardio dancing; 25 minutes strength/toning
Friday:  30 minutes strength/toning; 25 minutes treadmill
Saturday:  30 minutes scooping snow; pulling kids around the yard on the sled
Sunday:   42 minutes on treadmill; 30 minutes strength/toning

I am so enjoying this journey.  I hope to see the scale move tonight.  At least a pound!!  Fingers crossed!

Tawny is a life saver.  I hope she doesn't tire of me contacting her with my little victories!   I think I will be counting her a favorite friend!    She and I just seem to connect!  What a perfect match!
