Booo....
My weigh-in was a big disappointment. I stayed the same. But, no gain. I did lose 1/2 inch on upper arm and 1/2 inch on thigh. So, that was a victory anyway. I'm NOT giving up. And, I didn't go gorge on crappy food to make myself feel better. So, that's another victory.
