I have been trying to make good choices most of the time. I know there are some things I will not be able to resist during the Holidays. But, if I just don't "overdo" with them, I should be ok.
Tawny was gone Monday, but I did go weigh in and worked on the equipment. I have been doing well with exercising at least 6 days a week of some sort, walking lots, doing hand weights and floor exercises at home, and my 2 days with Tawny per week. I love my sessions, they keep me grounded in more ways than just the exercise! I think I have really lucked out!
I am thinking of attending some of the other classes there as well...just got to get them into my schedule....I keep thinking the 5:30 am...but I hate getting up!

Here is the weight loss graph...I am a bit ahead of the goal, but that's ok, because I may have some weeks that stay the same, and I need to be able to accept those.
Gotta just keep on truckin'!
