I haven't updated in a while, so here goes. I had a couple weeks of no loss, no gain. But, last Monday, finally lost down so I'm at -26. I so hope to get to 30 soon! But, on a good note, I've
changed in my body and mind, so I'm getting there. I put on a pair of jeans that I hadn't worn in over 2 years. I've cleared out 3 bags of clothes from my closet...many too big, some just because.
I am enjoying my personal training sessions with Tawny so much. They help emotionally as well as physically. I have been taking PiYO and toning in addition to the personal fitness. And, started the Couch to 5K. I just started my third week of week 1....ha. I want to feel comfortable with Week 1 before I do Week 2, and I'm just about there. Those sprints are starting to be my friend.
I've had a rough time emotionally lately with family problems and a death in the family once again....it's dragging me down a lot. I've tried to turn to the gym, though, and not food. So far, I've done ok, hopefully the scale tonight will agree, and not show any extra emotional weight.
I hurt inside a whole lot today, so I'm hoping I can really shake this soon.
This journey will continue. I am making a difference. I will see times like this, and I only hope to overcome them and survive.
